| JkDefragGUI - GUI Tabs - Advanced |
The advanced tab handles to more advanced things which can be done by
JkDefrag.
- Include - Files and/or directories that match the
mask will only be defragged instead of the disks selection on the general tab.
It is possible to add a disk to the include option. Use wildcards '*' and
'?' in the mask to match a set of files or directories. Some examples:
"*.avi","*\w3svc*\*.log","d:\mysql\data\*"
- Exclude - Files and/or directories that
match the mask will not be defragged and will not be moved. Use wildcards '*'
and '?' in the mask to match a set of files or directories. Some examples:
"*.avi","*\w3svc*\*.log","d:\mysql\data\*"
- Move these files to the end (Spacehogs) - Files that match a mask will be moved to the Spacehogs
area. The program has a build-in list for all files bigger than 50 megabytes,
files not accessed in the last month, archives, files in the recycler bin,
service pack files, and some others.
- Use logfle - When the checkbox is empty there won't
be a logfile created with the information about the defragmentation. The
logfile is stored in the tempfolder by default. This can be changed by the
select button.
- Place logfile in same folder as GUI - This option will save the logfile in
the same folder as where JkDefragGUI is placed. This will disable the select
button
